A few images from our route recce this week.
We had phone calls as far back as January asking what the weather would be on race day. Well, two weeks to go and we still don't know. In fact those of you who recall 2001 will appreciate that we'll only know on the morning of the 14th. Any guesses what happened after registration closed on Friday evening 25 July 2001? No prizes....Yes, we had a good heavy dump of snow in the village and all along the route. A brown track became a Rhodes Runner's dream.
